The 3, 4, 5 Pad

This pad brings together the 3 focuses I use daily to support my mental health.


3 goals:

A do-able, achieveable amount. Gets you focused on the most important tasks in your life instead of feeling overwhelmed with an unrealistic number of tasks.


4 achievements:

Instead of focusing on what you sholuld be doing, this trains you to notice what you are already managing. I bet it's much more than you think! Fill this in at the end of the day. Keep things in context e.g if you're really struggling with your mental health, eating a proper meal is an achievement. Be kind to yourselves.


5 things to be grateful for:

Building a gratitude practice is proven to improve our mental health. At the end of the day, look back and notice 5 things you are grateful for. Doing this reguarly helps up to start actively looking for things to be grateful for throughout our day, a lovely and much needed boost for us all.
