Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may incur import taxes, custom duties or fees. From our experience, these may apply to orders valued over £20 in some European countries. Mellow Doodles packages sent to USA, Australia and other non-European countries have not been charged customs fees thus far. However, these taxes are not always consistent and vary hugely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges for UK imports before you order, if you need an exact price.

 

Mellow Doodles cannot collect these fees and they are not included in the purchase price. This charge is determined by your local import taxation authority and must be paid to them in order to receive your order.

Customs will occasionally hold orders for review which can result in unexpected charges or delays. Any such delays or charges are beyond our control.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
