I’ve got some good news to share with you 😊 In January, I was awarded The Mercury’s Businessperson of the Year 😭❤️🥳
Still soooo over the moon about this! At heart, I’m a creative. But in the last couple of years I’ve worked really hard to be a proper business woman too! Things like this definitely reassure me that I’m on the right track.
It’s really important to me that no matter how big this business grows, compassion and helping people remains at the heart of it. I believe that a business can make money and do good too. And it’s lovely to be rewarded for that mission 😊
In moments like these, I can’t help thinking that little Mel would be so proud 🥺 And do you know what? Grown up Mel is proud too ❤️
